THERAPIST
Within each of us exists a childlike version of ourselves that embodies wonder, creativity, and joy. Through our experiences—such as those shaped by childhood, relationships, societal expectations, and daily life—we can become disconnected from this version of ourselves. Curiosity often originates from a place of joy, but external forces discourage and reshape it, making learning rigid, transactional, and productivity-driven. Therapy offers an opportunity to break free from these constraints, reconnect with your authentic self, and rediscover a sense of possibility and growth. Through this process, you can embrace the fullness of your being and the expansiveness of life.

I work to create a therapeutic space where you feel seen and heard, fostering collaboration and agency in your healing. Rooted in a trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and systemic perspective, my approach integrates Narrative Therapy, body-based techniques, and Parts Work. I draw from training in the Anchored Relational foundational model and Brainspotting Level 1. I provide therapy for individuals, families, and other relational systems, such as romantic, platonic, and professional relationships. My background is in eating disorders and supporting those who are queer and gender-expansive. Additionally, I support clients navigating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, sex and intimacy, infidelity, neurodiversity, and academic concerns.
